DILLSBURG—The House Republican Policy Committee, chaired by Rep. David H. Rowe (R-Snyder, Union, Mifflin, Juniata), joined Rep. Marc Anderson (R-York) for an Oct. 1 hearing at New Hope Ministries to examine how community organizations are helping Pennsylvania families manage rising costs and how state government can remove barriers that stand in the way of serving their neighbors.
WHAT: House Republican Policy Committee Chairman David H. Rowe (R-Snyder/Union/Mifflin/Juniata), Rep. Marc Anderson (R-York), and other lawmakers will host a hearing titled “Neighbors Helping Neighbors: Examining the Ways Local Organizations are Helping their Communities Deal with Rising Costs” to highlight the important work community organizations are doing to help families meet their basic needs amid rising costs.
